Pinterest boards names are created to group a set of pins. They can be created on any subject. Some examples of pinterest board names are: Cool Tunes,What's For Dinner, or My Wishlist.
Pins are images of items that are added to boards. A pin be added with different Pin it buttons via your browser or website. There are wordpress blog plugins that allow you to pin images from your blog to your pinterest boards.
